Graebel is looking for a Manager who will be responsible for managing and leading a Client Financial Services team that receives, audits, disburses payment, invoices, and reports on relocation expenses on the behalf of worldwide clients, advances financial and business goals through workflow management, strategic planning, and exceptional team leadership.

Required Skills

Directs staff and assist in the organization, creation, and execution of processes that are efficient, accurate, and of high quality. Manages for compliance to audit directives, client service level agreements, cycle time standards, quality goals, and client satisfaction targets. Adjusts workflow management strategies to prevent financial risks/penalties and adherence to deadlines. Responsible for the design and overall execution of process changes.

Ensures staffing is at optimal levels based on work volume, complexity, and forecasting. Interviews and makes hiring recommendations. Ensures staff is properly trained, with procedures documented and available to staff. Coaches staff in delivering excellence by creating an environment of commitment, openness, and team spirit. Actively promotes team members' career goals and progression, ensuring informal feedback and formal appraisals/ one on ones are provided.

Manages or assists with the resolution of escalations from Transferees, Clients, Vendors, Supplier Development, Client Development, Operations and others to insure issues are resolved timely and completely. Uses escalations as appropriate for additional staff training or to improve processes.

Analyzes client and vendor contracts/processes which deviate from the "norm" and work with the team to develop customized processes, documents, and training to ensure compliance with those terms.

Create and modify training materials on all processes within the department. Along with the operating procedures, maintain a training video that follows the document. Create self sufficient training materials to be utilized by the frontline and external teams.

Initiates and supports projects to increase efficiency across all areas of CFS. Proactively works with all Graebel departments to meet company goals and objectives. Performs random audits to determine if standards are being maintained.

Manages New Client Implementations- This includes but is not limited to setting the client up in the financial system, attending client calls to discuss client requirements, mapping the policies in the system, training the different teams on specialized processes, reviewing the pricing matrix, etc. Meeting with the internal teams weekly to ensure all teams are aligned. Required Experience

Typically possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant professional work experience. Requires prior management, supervisory or team leader experience.

Responsible for an organization(s) performing work in one or more related functions or projects.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents, professional journals and governmental regulations.

Ability to write complex reports, detailed business correspondence, policies and procedures.

Ability to give effective presentations to management and large groups. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and timely at all levels of the organizations.

Ability to communicate directly with Clients and/or Senior Leadership within Graebel.
